How to Use This Guide

This walkthrough covers every main story quest in the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack for Disney Dreamlight Valley. Each chapter page includes step-by-step objectives, material lists, troubleshooting tips, and links to the previous and next chapter so you never lose your place in the Hundred Acre Wood storyline.

The Honeyglow Woods story begins after you complete five Valley prerequisite quests, receive the Childhood Treasure Box from your mailbox, and plant the Tree Sprout that grows into the golden portal. From there, you will meet Winnie the Pooh, learn beekeeping, push back the fog, reunite with Eeyore and Piglet, and eventually welcome all three as villagers in your Valley.

We recommend following the chapters in order. Many quests unlock tools, recipes, and biome access that later chapters depend on — skipping ahead often leaves you stuck without the Diggy-Wiggy Potion, Honeyglow Elixir, or fog-busting upgrades you need deeper in the woods.

Prerequisites Before You Start

Before the Honeyglow Woods portal appears, finish these Valley quests: Welcome to Dreamlight Valley, Friendship Is Everything, Making Cents of Things, Scrooge McDuck's Grand Re-opening, and Fishing Expedition. Check your mailbox afterward for the Childhood Treasure Box containing the Tree Sprout.

Place the sprout anywhere in your village using furniture mode. A short cutscene plays as the tree grows, revealing the golden portal. You can enter immediately — no further Valley progression is required once the portal is active.

Bring your Royal Shovel, Royal Pickaxe, Royal Fishing Rod, and Royal Watering Can. Nearly every chapter upgrades or relies on these tools. If you own the A Rift in Time expansion, the Ancient Vacuum speeds up ground foraging for oak leaves and similar materials.

General Tips for the Full Storyline

Beekeeping pays off early. Chapter 1 introduces the Busy Bees' House. Surround each hive with up to six healthy wildflowers in the yellow placement grid for fastest Golden Honey production — roughly one pot every eight to ten minutes at full capacity.

Fog mechanics repeat. Several chapters require Fog Dust, Honeyglow Elixir, or fog-busting potions applied to your watering can. Always interact with honey lanterns when the quest log mentions fog — watering the lantern after consuming the correct elixir is the usual solution.

Interlude quests live inside the Everoak Tree. Chapter 6 covers the Everoak interior puzzles that restore Sun-Glow Honey and open new regions. Keep charcoal pencils, repaired pots, and both Primary and Secondary Colors Potions in mind when Piglet's arc begins.
